      <image:caption>Tony Rodgers, is a performance specialist and founder of Rodgers Reset LLC, with over a decade of experience in professional sports and performance from working with elite athletes at the highest level of sport. His decade of experience spans across the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and Olympic competition, he operates at the intersection of rehabilitation, biomechanics, and peak performance. Tony’s approach goes beyond traditional care blending advanced soft tissue therapy, precise musculoskeletal manipulation, and performance-driven strength and conditioning to not only resolve injuries, but rebuild the body for durability, dominance, ground up. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology (Pre-Med) from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville before completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer West College of Chiropractic in San Jose, California, where he graduated with the highest honor of Clinical Excellence. Early in his career, Tony trained in a premier high-performance, multidisciplinary environment alongside world leading orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and strength coaches. That exposure at an elite volume sharpened his ability to rapidly assess, mange, and correct complex movement dysfunctions in high level athletes. In 2018, he founded Rodgers Reset LLC to deliver a more advanced standard of care one built for athletes, high performers, and individuals who demand more from their bodies. He later expanded opening with Reset Athletics Gym in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a facility designed to integrate rehabilitation, performance, and longevity under one roof. Beyond clinical work, Tony competes as an elite-level lifter in the 82.5 kg (181 lb) class, bringing firsthand experience in high-performance training and recovery. He is also a licensed NFLPA Contract Advisor, representing and negotiating for athletes at the professional level. On the contract side, Tony negotiates player agreements within the framework of the NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), including rookie contracts, veteran deals, extensions, and performance-based incentives. He works to maximize total contract value through strategic structure. With the evolving landscape of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL), Tony also assists athletes in building and monetizing their personal brand. This includes identifying endorsement opportunities, structuring partnerships, and protecting athlete rights while maintaining compliance with league and regulatory standards.
